MotiveFitness RTX8 Air Rower The MotiveFitness RTX8 Air Rower gives the user the feeling of rowing by using an air resistance braking system. The MF RTX8 is capable of toning the upper and lower body muscles as well as improving cardio vascular fitness. It has 8 resistance levels and has 8 Pre-set programs installed, 2 of them being heart rate programs. There is a chest belt to monitor heart rate. The seat of the rower is cushioned and slides forwards and backwards silently due to the ball bearings operating it. The RTX8 can be easily folded away for storage and has built in wheels for easy mobility. There are oversized steel plates for your feet with adjustable Velcro straps to secure them.
