Q. Do you
insure the equipment?
A. The equipment is insured in transit. It is then your responsibility to
insure the hired equipment under your home insurance during the hire
period for all damage risk.
Q. When do I pay for the equipment I hire?
A. Payment is by cash or cheque on delivery or by card before delivery.
Q. What happens about payment if I extend my
hire?
A. Extended payments can be paid by card over the phone, sending a cheque
(must be received within 7 days of hire ending) or arranging for payment
to be collected within 7 days of the original end of hire period.
Q. How does the contract work?
A. The contract begins on the day of delivery and ends on the date on your
invoice.
Q. I have a medical condition, and I'm not
sure what would machine would be best?
A. Fitness Takeaway staff always recommend you consult your doctor before
taking part in any physical activity. Individual fitness advice cannot be
given.
Q. Do you sell ex-hire equipment?
A. Ex-hire equipment is always available for sale. Each individual piece
of equipment has a serial number and if you are interested in purchasing
ring us and we will give you a quote.
Q. Do I have
to hire before I buy?
A. No, you can call into our shop or have a look at our website to see
what we have available.
Q. How long
will delivery take?
A. Delivery normally takes 2-5 days.
Q. Where do
you deliver to?
A. We deliver for hire across the central belt of Scotland.
